A strategic compass for leaders in times of transformation. 200+ trends set to shape markets.

AI-led transformation is accelerating—confronting business leaders with unprecedented challenges while unlocking genuinely new opportunities. How do you navigate a world where the rules of the game shift month to month? How do you separate fads from the forces that will redefine markets for good? In October, the answer lands: AI RADAR Trendbook—a unique 400-page “strategic compass” built to give Polish leaders clarity, confidence, and practical tools to set a course in an era of exponential change.

Navigating the age of exponential change

From information chaos to strategic clarity. Why leaders now need a compass, not just another map.

Today, the problem isn’t a lack of information about AI—it’s the overwhelming glut. In this noise, traditional “maps”—tried-and-true business models and strategies—date out almost overnight. Poland, which led the field in tech innovation for much of the last two decades (not least in financial services), now risks losing that edge.

Which is precisely why leaders need more than a map—they need a compass: a tool that points to the critical directions and helps you chart your own, distinct route through uncharted waters. That’s the role of AI RADAR Trendbook 2025, announced at the IT Channel Leaders gala.

What is the AI RADAR Trendbook? Anatomy of a strategic compass

400 pages, 200+ trends, 70+ key terms. The elements that make this report a dependable navigation tool.

AI RADAR Trendbook 2025 directly addresses what business leaders have requested. The concept was born from the need to tame the noise and address the market’s genuine doubts. The surge in popularity—especially of generative AI—has fuelled justified scepticism about whether the tech is truly “deployment-ready”. Hence, the bedrock of the publication: rigorously addressing objections and delivering credible, decision-grade knowledge that separates signal from noise.

This practical guide is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of AI, its capabilities, and concrete use cases, powered by a deliberately engineered structure that turns it into a reliable instrument for decision-makers.

  • A wide horizon.

The report maps the whole business terrain, presenting 200+ trends across 15+ domains, grouped into business, technology, and society. It spans applications from marketing and e-commerce to logistics and industry, through to the public sector.

  • A practical time frame.

The compass points squarely at the near term. Trends are framed in a 2–3-year horizon, enabling leaders to judge what’s implementable now—and where to start. This isn’t futurism; it’s a concrete plan of action.

  • Global points of reference.

The publication draws heavily on international exemplars—to highlight the widening gap between Poland and the worldwide frontier and to inspire bolder action where “wait-and-see” remains oddly fashionable.

  • Essential terminology.

To keep navigation precise, the report includes a glossary of 70+ AI terms worth knowing.

Mapping new territories: how AI trends shape tomorrow’s markets

Precise coordinates for your business—from hyper-personalised marketing to autonomous Industry 6.0.

This isn’t theory. The Trendbook pinpoints the revolutions unfolding before our eyes—and the new business models they unlock.

  • Marketing.

We move beyond blunt segmentation (“women aged 25–35”) to behavioural micro-profiles—e.g., “indie-film enthusiast, culinary-podcast listener, advocate of workation”—enabling sharper products and services.

  • Telecoms.

AI is no longer just network upkeep. Think digital twins to design optimal infrastructure locations—and bold forays into adjacent profit pools, from security and advertising to strategic consulting.

  • Industry.

We unpack the arc from Industry 4.0 (automation & efficiency) through Industry 5.0 (human–machine collaboration) to Industry 6.0 (full autonomy), showing where AI delivers value at each stage.

  • Office software.

The AI revolution is happening quietly, as everyday tools become increasingly intelligent. The Trendbook analyses who’s poised to win this silent war—and who’s too slow to seize a once-in-a-generation opening.

The leader as navigator of change: a new leadership paradigm for the AI era

A compass is only as good as the captain. Technology is the tool; leadership is the differentiator.

Our editorial team agreed early: the Ethical AI chapter is non-negotiable. More broadly, AI is as much a leadership challenge as it is a technological one. Tomorrow’s leader must act as navigator of change—able to run hybrid teams of people and AI, balance optimisation with rapid market adaptation, and continuously re-invent business models, venturing confidently into unfamiliar sectors.

Innovation for everyone: AI as a growth lever for the entire market

Your starting point on the innovation map: how AI democratises advanced capabilities.

Perhaps the biggest revolution described in the Trendbook is the democratisation of world-class innovation knowledge. AI means even micro and small firms can become genuine innovators. This is no longer a nice-to-have; it is a necessity. In an era of exponential change, continuous innovation is the only practical answer to dynamic market needs and hyper-personalisation. The AI RADAR Trendbook 2025 has been designed so that any organisation, regardless of size, can pinpoint its starting position and plot a viable course.

The strength of expertise: meet the team behind the Trendbook

The project began with an invitation from Mariusz Laurisz, whose trust, creative freedom and ability to foster exceptional collaboration became the publication’s foundation. As project lead, I authored 16 core chapters, setting the strategic direction.

I was joined by Krzysztof Bogacki and Rafał Skrzypek, who authored three chapters. The real power of this publication lies in deep collaboration: Mariusz Laurisz, Krzysztof Bogacki, Rafał Skrzypek and Ewelina Stój supported research across all sections and provided rigorous editorial feedback to ensure coherence and quality.

They also conducted all interviews with technology leaders—insightful conversations that richly complement the trend analyses.

Your next step: calibrate the compass to your future

In relentless transformation, standing still is the riskiest strategy of all. AI RADAR Trendbook 2025 isn’t another set of predictions—it’s a navigation tool for today and tomorrow. The premiere is in December: the perfect moment to take the helm, calibrate your compass, and set a deliberate course towards the opportunities the AI revolution offers. The future isn’t something that “happens” to us—it’s territory we can deliberately claim.

Premiere & Partners

The AI RADAR Trendbook launches on 3 December 2025 at Hotel Bellotto. It will be a standout event where I’ll present the publication and add a global lens to the AI trends we’ve mapped. Alongside trends, the report features interviews with leaders from Intel, Microsoft, HP, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Samsung, AB, Huawei, Schneider Electric, Fujitsu, and others.
