Premiere of the AI RADAR Trendbook – A Compass for Leaders in the AI Era

On 3 December 2025, Warsaw’s Hotel Bellotto became the epicentre of a conversation about the future of Polish business. It was there, among technology leaders, experts and journalists, that the official premiere of the AI RADAR Trendbook took place – a publication I had the pleasure of co-creating together with the editorial team of IT Reseller.

This was not your typical industry event. It was a moment of truth for the Polish economy and a clear signal that the time for passively watching the market is over – for good.

A cold shower: Are we drifting into “innovative sleep”?

During my talk, I shared a set of data that should serve as a wake-up call for every CEO and director in Poland. Despite living in the midst of a technological revolution, only 17% of Polish companies are actively implementing AI solutions. As many as 64% remain in the phase of passive observation, sticking to a “wait and see” strategy.

Even more concerning is the motivation. In Poland, as many as 87% of managers see AI primarily as a tool for cost cutting and optimisation. Meanwhile, the rest of the world – and Western Europe in particular – sees artificial intelligence first and foremost as an opportunity to create new value and innovation.

This difference in mindset may ultimately mean we become merely a “digital assembly line” – highly efficient, yes, but largely devoid of our own creative potential.

More than a report. A roadmap for turbulent times

The AI RADAR Trendbook, which we are placing in your hands, is our direct response to this situation. It is over 400 pages of solid, evidence-based insight designed to help leaders move from talk to action.

Together with Mariusz Laurisz, Krzysztof Bogacki, Ewelina Stój and Rafał Skrzypek, we have created a publication that is not a collection of futuristic fantasies, but a pragmatic guide for the “here and now”.

In the Trendbook you will find:

  • 16 key trends:

grouped into four pillars: Intelligent Infrastructure, Operations of the Future, Security and Society.

  • Sector-by-sector analysis:

from finance and logistics, through Industry 4.0/5.0/6.0, all the way to marketing and education.

  • Voices from the field:

interviews and case studies with leaders from such giants as Microsoft, Samsung, Intel, HP, Fujitsu and OVHcloud.

  • The leader’s toolbox:

a chapter on ethical leadership and strategic questions to help you assess your organisation’s readiness.

Expert trend insight in Booster of Innovation’s DNA

Creating strategic trend reports is a core competency of the Booster of Innovation team, developed and refined over many years.

Already as Innovation Lead at the ING Bank Innovation Hub, I was preparing analyses for the innovation team. Later, as Chief Innovation Officer at Deloitte, I oversaw the creation of Tech Trends reports, which, among other things, inspired the use of satellite imagery in audit work.

Since the very beginning of Booster of Innovation, we have been delivering strategic analyses and reports for clients in sectors such as banking, telecommunications and pharmaceuticals. Our publications – including Social Banking, Green Customer Journey (premiered at Harvard Business School) and Gen AI Productivity Plus Trends (presented at the Digital Cooperation Organization in Saudi Arabia) – are proof that we create content at a truly global standard, reflecting a worldwide perspective and the highest levels of rigour.

The AI RADAR Trendbook is a continuation of this mission: delivering insight that builds real competitive advantage.

AI as an amplifier – choose wisely

A lot of important remarks were made during the press conference. Ewelina Stój aptly noted that AI is an amplifier – if you lay it over chaos in your data and processes, you will simply get more chaos, just faster and more expensively.

Rafał Skrzypek called for common sense: “Let’s not try to boil the entire ocean at once.” Instead of deploying AI everywhere, all at once, let’s start with one clearly defined area that can deliver measurable value.

Mariusz Laurisz, CEO of IT Reseller, emphasised that this publication is the result of many months of work and coordination of expert knowledge – contributed by people who were not afraid to tackle even the most complex and uncomfortable topics.

Don’t fear change. Be the change.

The AI RADAR Trendbook 2025 is a compass. But it is you, as a leader, who must set the course.

Whether you are running a corporation or an SME, this publication will help you understand where AI can genuinely enhance your competitive edge – safely, ethically and effectively.

Do not let your company be left behind.
