In an era dominated by algorithms and the rapid growth of generative artificial intelligence, the key question facing supervisory boards and executive teams in modern organisations is no longer: “Which technology tools should we use?” but rather: “What kind of leaders do we need to manage this change effectively?”
Real digital transformation does not happen in lines of source code. It happens in human mindsets. This is particularly important for women in senior leadership roles, who now have a unique opportunity to multiply their strategic impact in the new business reality.
The End of the Technical Prompting Era. Time for an AI Mindset
At the invitation of Professor Elwira, I had the great pleasure of leading the workshop “New Technologies for Women Leaders” as part of the prestigious Women Leaders Development Programme at the University of Warsaw. This exceptional meeting with top female managers, directors and leaders from the world of science confirmed one of the key beliefs we place at the heart of modern business consulting at Booster of Innovation:
The core of digital transformation is not mechanical learning of “technical” prompting.
Tools and interfaces change from month to month. What today seems like advanced prompt engineering may tomorrow be fully automated by autonomous AI agents. As an organisation that designs long-term competitive advantage for our clients, we reject superficial, tool-only training.
True empowerment of executive teams requires a redesign of the architecture of thinking. At Booster of Innovation, we deliver this process through our three original strategic models:
- AI Mindset:
A deep evolution in the attitude towards innovation — moving from reactive fear or blind enthusiasm to mature, proactive and strategic curiosity.
- AI Thinking:
The ability to think systemically and conceptually through data structures, algorithms and technological possibilities in order to continuously redefine business models.
- The 4A Model:
Our original operational framework enables leaders to smoothly implement and absorb innovation within organisational structures, while minimising team resistance and maximising ROI.
Only a shift in perspective at this level allows boards and senior leaders to fully benefit from the strategic value of the technological revolution.
The Future Trend: The HomoTech Leader – AI & EI Fluent
During the workshops at the University of Warsaw, we deeply explored the competencies of tomorrow. In our latest market report, we defined a key megatrend that is already redefining executive search standards and succession programmes in global organisations: “The HomoTech Leader: AI & EI Fluent.”
HomoTech is the leader of a new era, defined by two complementary and inseparable forms of fluency:
AI Fluency:
Understanding how artificial intelligence works, being able to critically assess the business potential of algorithms, and knowing how to integrate technology into company processes safely and effectively.
EI Fluency:
As repetitive cognitive and analytical processes are increasingly taken over by machines, emotional intelligence: empathy, authenticity, resilience and the ability to unite people around a shared vision – becomes the highest and most difficult-to-copy business currency.
Women in senior leadership positions, who often have a strong natural ability to build leadership through empathy and relationships, become ideal representatives of the HomoTech profile when combined with technological fluency.
The Leadership Matrix: Five Human-Centred Questions
In line with our human-centred consulting philosophy, our work with women leaders at the University of Warsaw did not begin with a technical audit or by testing technology platforms. We started with deeply human questions, which form the real foundation for a discussion about the role of technology in modern premium leadership:
Do you have your life theme – the essence of what you believe in and what you want to strategically deliver in your business and life?
Do you boldly set new directions and implement them without compromise, staying ahead of market trends?
Can you effectively gather people around you and inspire them over the long term, building engaged ecosystems?
Is technology your turbo support and operational lever, or is it still a mental or process barrier?
Do you focus on continuous development, or lifelong learning, and immediately turn new knowledge into business practice?
These questions showed participants that Artificial Intelligence does not remove the human factor from management. Quite the opposite: it becomes a catalyst that frees leaders from repetitive operational work and gives them space for what matters most — delivering a bold vision, shaping strategy and building relationships.
The Energy That Shapes the Future
Seeing such a high level of engagement, intellectual openness and strategic curiosity among the programme participants – on a Saturday morning, no less – was pure inspiration for me as an advisor.
My sincere thanks go to Roksana Marianna and all the exceptional women leaders for their incredible energy, their uncompromising exchange of ideas, and their readiness to redefine the rules of the market game. Women’s leadership in the age of algorithms has a strong, empathetic and technologically well-prepared face. At Booster of Innovation, we are proud to co-create this future.
